Every Anantkala artwork is custom-printed for your order, inspected with care, and packed to arrive safely. This policy explains when a replacement, cancellation, or refund may apply.

01 · Our Policy

Created for your wall, not pulled from a shelf.

At Anantkala.art, every artwork is custom-printed exclusively for your order. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Please review your selected artwork, size, and frame option carefully before placing your order.
02 · Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If something arrives wrong, we make it right.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anantkalaindia@gmail.com.

Please include the following details so we can verify and resolve your claim quickly:

Artwork photographs

Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect artwork.

Packaging photographs

Images of the outer box and inner wrapping used for delivery.

Order number

Your order number so our team can locate the purchase quickly.

Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

04 · Order Cancellation

A short window before production begins.

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of order placement only. A 5% cancellation fee is deducted to cover payment processing costs.

After 4 hours, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

05 · Inspection at Delivery

Check the package before signing.

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

This helps us process your claim faster and protects your replacement request.
06 · Refunds

Refunds apply only when replacement is not possible.

Refunds are issued only where a replacement is not possible — for example, if a product is permanently out of stock.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
