01 · Orders & Delivery

Shipping, timelines, and tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is crafted to order and dispatched within 4 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery across India usually takes 10–12 business days. Timelines may vary slightly due to courier movement, remote locations, weekends, or public holidays.

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your shipment status.

Are there any shipping charges?

No. We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Do you ship outside India?

At this time, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available yet.

What happens if delivery fails?

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned. Re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Canvas, printing, frames, and finish.

What materials do you use?

We print on 380 GSM pure cotton, museum-grade canvas using professional Giclée printing with a 12-colour pigment system.

Our archival inks are designed for long-term colour stability, depth, and detail, giving every artwork a premium gallery-like finish.

Do I need to frame or assemble anything?

No. Framed and stretched artworks arrive ready to hang with hardware already installed. Unbox it, find your spot, and hang it.

If you choose a rolled canvas option, it will need framing or stretching separately.

Will the artwork colour look exactly like the website image?

We use high-quality printing and colour-accurate production, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your phone, laptop, or monitor screen settings.

Small colour variation due to screen display is normal and is not considered a defect.

What frame options are available?

Frame options may include black frame, white frame, stretched canvas, rolled canvas, and floater frame depending on the artwork and product settings.

You can select the available size and frame option directly on the product page before checkout.

Is every artwork made to order?

Yes. Every Anantkala artwork is custom-printed after you place the order. This helps us maintain quality and avoid mass-produced stock sitting on shelves.

03 · Returns & Damage

Replacement, cancellation, and damage support.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made exclusively for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement after verification.

What if my artwork is damaged in transit?

Email us at anantkalaindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and your order details.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

What if I receive the wrong artwork?

If you receive an incorrect artwork, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

After verification, we will resolve the issue promptly.

How do I cancel an order?

You can request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 8955991837.

A 5% processing fee applies. After 4 hours, production may have begun and cancellation cannot be accepted.

When are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued only where a replacement is not possible, for example if a product is permanently unavailable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to keep your artwork looking beautiful.

How should I care for my canvas artwork?

Keep your artwork away from direct harsh sunlight, moisture, and very humid areas. Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for light dusting.

Can I hang the artwork in a kitchen or bathroom?

We recommend avoiding areas with high moisture, steam, or direct heat. Living rooms, bedrooms, offices, cafés, studios, and dry hallways are better choices.

How do I choose the right size?

For a sofa, bed, or dining wall, choose a size that feels visually balanced with the furniture below it. Larger walls usually need a larger artwork or a gallery-wall set.

If you are unsure, contact us with a photo of your wall and approximate wall size.
